Judging by some comments on the Winamp Forums, It seems that Ogg Vorbis files are more popular than I had originally though.

A fairly non-important bug with a new feature in Winamp 2.9 has cropped up (I reported it first, y0!) in relation to Ogg Vorbis files, and it seems that a lot of people are finding the same thing.

So convert on, Ogg Vorbis! Stay free, and stay a high-quality lossy file solution!

i forget what it was, cuz i was too lazy to convert again and didnt get it, but i saw somewhere that there's a different free lossy type that is higher-quality for songs in the 100-200ish bitrate area
