(no subject)

Havn't posted in a couple days. Been busy.

Friday was good, had a three and a half CD trip to London, then saw some really funny comedians, and a couple trainwreck comedians at The Spoke. Then I watched much ZIM with Andrea :)

Saturday was travelling back to Ancaster, getting ready for my friend Pete's wedding, and navigating the DOWNTOWN CORE OF DOOM. Stupid bike race.

We found the church ok, and all in all it was a nice ceremony. Then Andrea and I (in our infinite wisdom ;p ) came back to Ancaster for a bit (there was several hours between the ceremony and the reception) and went to The Egg And I for a late lunch. We also visited Mighty and watched some more ZIM on my computer before heading back into Hamilton for the reception.

Aside from all the country they played during the dance, the reception was great :) Got to talk to my friend Pete about old times, and the food was good... or what we ate of the food. We were still full from the late lunch ;)

We decided to leave the reception a bit early (10:00) so we could go down the block and visit Markus at home, but he had left about 10 minutes before we got there to go to Cara-Mae's birthday ;) What a comedy of errors :) After a short Cars-fueled trek back to my place, we watched Blade Runner. Or at least some of it before we decided to call it a night.

It's been a great weekend so far, and hopefully will continue this way. Markus might be stopping by my place tonight, and Andrea might come back for Thanksgiving on Monday.

Many thanks go out to Andrea for hauling my ass around London and back to Ancaster and around Hamilton! I had a great time though. We must watch more ZIM soon :)
